This document is a faithful English translation of the Polish Terms of Sale. In the event of any discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail and remain legally binding.
These Terms of Sale define the rules for purchasing the CD album “Fear of Freedom” by the band Sepsis via a Stripe payment link.
1. Seller

2. Subject of sale
The subject of sale is the CD album: Sepsis – Fear of Freedom (CD). The price and variant (PL / EU) are specified on the purchase page and in the Stripe payment link.
3. Placing an order and payment
- The order is placed by completing payment via the Stripe system.
- After successful payment, the buyer receives an order confirmation at the provided e-mail address.
- The seller receives the data necessary to complete the shipment (delivery address, e-mail, telephone number – if required).
4. Delivery
- The shipment is delivered to the address provided during payment.
- Estimated processing time: 2–3 business days (unless stated otherwise in post-payment information).
- Shipping cost: according to the information provided on the purchase page (e.g. “Free shipping” / “Shipping included”).
5. Right of withdrawal
A buyer who is a consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. To exercise this right, the buyer should contact the seller at: rafcio@sepsis.com.pl.
The returned product should be in an undamaged condition, unless the change was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
6. Complaints
Complaints regarding the product or order fulfillment may be submitted by e-mail to: agencja@sepsis.com.pl. Please include the payment reference/identifier (if available), contact details, and a description of the issue.
7. Personal data
Personal data provided during the payment and ordering process are used exclusively for the purpose of order fulfillment and customer service. Payments are processed by Stripe.
8. Final provisions
- These Terms of Sale are effective from the date of publication on the website.
- In matters not regulated herein, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
